Recognition of prior learning
The process of Skills Recognition (Recognition of Prior Learning and/or Recognition of Current Competencies) gives those people with the relevant experience the opportunity to gain formal recognition for their competencies (skills and knowledge) gained through life, work and study, regardless of where, when and how they were achieved.

Course Recognition
This program covers building construction theory and practices related to low rise buildings. This program will provide you with the knowledge and skills to meet the technical qualifications for the qualification of Wall and Ceiling Lining.
Completion of the general induction training program specified by the National Code of Practice for Induction Training for Construction Work (ASCC 2007) is required before entering a construction work site. Achievement of unit CPCCOHS1001A covers this requirement.
What are the Entry Requirements?
This qualification does not have any specific entry requirements. However, completion of Year 12 English and Mathematics is recommended.
