What is NPS?
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a modern management tool used by businesses to gauge the loyalty and efficacy of customer relationships. The NPS number, ranging from 0 to 100 is calculated based on the customer responses to the question; How likely is it that you would recommend Everthought Education to a friend or colleague? Recipients are asked to rate their likelihood of recommendation from 0 to 10, where they are divided into three categories based on their score: detractors, passives and promoters.
The Net Promoter Score that we generate from AskNicely is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, yielding a score between -100 to 100.
How de we generate our NPS?
The NPS provider that Everthought Education generates its score from is AskNicely, which is a New Zealand based company that focuses on improving customer experiences and driving customer retention, revenue expansion and referrals.
When students complete a qualification through us, they are sent a survey via email through AskNicely which receives their score out of 10. All scores then get added to the NPS system and our score gets updated continuously.
